Electrical Panel Upgrades in Medina, WA
Panels get replaced for three reasons: no space, a known-faulty brand, or a service too small for what the house now runs. We will tell you which. Ask on (000) 000-0000.
Have it estimated free — (000) 000-0000An upgrade is not automatically a bigger service. Plenty of houses have 200 amps and a full panel, where a sub-panel is the honest answer. Where the service genuinely is undersized the work involves the utility as well as us, and arranging that is part of the job rather than something handed back to you.

Detail
What we watch for
- Known-problem panels identified — some older brands have documented failure modes
- Utility coordination handled — where the service changes, we deal with the scheduling
- Every circuit relabelled — the new directory is accurate, which the old one rarely was
- Surge protection offered, not pushed — cheapest to add during a changeover if you want it
Questions
Asked often
Do I need 400 amps?
Rarely. Very large houses with several heat pumps, a pool and multiple chargers sometimes do; most are well served by 200 once the load is calculated properly.
How long is the power off?
Usually most of a working day. We agree the date well in advance and never start a changeover we cannot finish and energise the same day.
Have it looked at before you commit
Describe the job on the phone and we will say what is involved and whether it needs a visit to price properly.
