Lighting
Lighting Installation in Medina, WA
Most rooms are lit from one point in the ceiling and feel flat for it. Layering the light and fixing the switching changes a room more than new fittings do. Talk it over on (000) 000-0000.
Have it estimated free — (000) 000-0000Good lighting is about where the light comes from and what controls it. A kitchen wants task light at the counter rather than a bright centre fitting putting you in your own shadow. Outside, on long drives and planted lots, the job is lighting the route and the steps without washing out the planting or the neighbours.

Detail
What we watch for
- Dimming that does not flicker — most flicker is a dimmer and driver mismatch
- Switching grouped sensibly — so one plate does not control three unrelated things
- Exterior light aimed down — drives and steps lit without glare across the boundary
- Colour temperature matched — fittings in one room consistent
Questions
Asked often
Why do my LEDs flicker when dimmed?
Almost always because the dimmer was designed for incandescent lamps and does not match the LED driver. A modern dimmer suited to the lamps usually fixes it without changing fittings.
Can recessed lights go in without taking the ceiling down?
Usually. Remodel housings fit through a cut-out and clip to the drywall, so the ceiling takes small patchable openings.
